I am an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at San Francisco State University. My current research interests are in combinatorics and theoretical computer science, with a recent emphasis on topological graph theory.

I received my Ph.D. from Columbia University under the supervision of Xi Chen and Rocco Servedio in the Theory Group.

In my spare time, I like speedcubing (solving puzzles like Rubik's Cube quickly), badminton, and retro Nintendo games. I used to attend official speedcubing competitions, including the 2009 World Championships, where I won three bronze medals.

My Erdős number is 3.
